Hi readers, welcome to my fitness page. Fitness has always been something that has been super important in my lifestyle. I try to incorporate physical activity into almost everything that I do and I strongly believe that if you look good, you will feel good. I have been dancing since I was 4 years ago and playing soccer since I was 6. I also enjoy running, skiing, biking, hiking, etc. This page is to help you guys achieve your fitness goals because I know it is not easy when school, work and life dominate your day.
